On Sunday 30th June we enjoyed "Out of Church Sunday"; members of the congregation were out in the community offering practical help and hospitality.

We had a team of litter pickers going around Brampton, a group doing a gardening project for someone unable to keep on top of things, people offering hospitality in the church building, people visiting inmates in prison, a group tidying up around Grafham Village Hall, people helping with the tidy up after Ellington Gala and more!

The day continued with a church family barbecue out at Grafham Water where we enjoyed time together, rounders, food and drinks.

To finish the day many came along to the Ellington Gala Songs of Praise service to round off another successful Flower Festival.

It was a good day and excellent to be out in the community serving people in a way similar to Jesus' service of others.
